All Appointments must be booked 2 weeks in advance . There is a non refundable deposit due at contract signing which will be done within 1 week after appointment is set. Refunds are only on case by case basis. If you need to cancel , cancellations should be submitted via email , phone or in person no later than 48hrs before class to be considered valid . Case by case refunds are subject to penalty of only half of the amount to be returned unless there is verifiable emergency incident. All clients must arrive on time, dress is casual professional. classes vary between 2 weeks to 30 days. Job placement only after full completion of class with skills scores and tests passed.
